Primary goal was to understand current and future options for IoT and connected technologies to improve planning, installing, managing, and renewing emergency products, systems and services for a wide variety of building types.

• Mapping to identify opportunities.

​​

• Co-creation and exploration activities to understand the interplay between personas and maps.
